JOY OF COOKING
This “JOY OF COOKING” was passed to Tom after traveling with the former owner from N.Y., Toronto, London (UK), and finally back to Toronto. Then, it had been sitting in his library for a while till I found it.
This book is not an ordinary cookbook, at least for me, not just a recipe book. I was thrilled when I first read this book, which was amazing and educational, everything from ingredients to cooking. If you have no clue about cooking, and wish to know how to, I highly recommend this one. You will get sense of “Must have ingredients” for most of traditional dishes. I often go back to this book to get an idea whenever I want to know basics of any kinds. ……….Seiko
